At KN Media, we accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayID, Eftpos and Cash
Payments for projects are to be paid in full either before the event or on the day of the shoot as per the "KN Media Services Agreement" which you will receive after securing your booking.
I recommend booking as early as possible, especially for events or peak seasons. However, I will always do my best to accommodate last-minute requests. Feel free to reach out, and we can discuss your specific needs!
I focus on delivering fully edited images and videos, so I don’t typically provide raw files. This allows me to ensure every shot is professionally processed to bring out its best.
Turnaround time depends on the project size, but typically, you’ll receive your edited photos or videos within 1-2 weeks. For larger events or more complex shoots, I’ll keep you updated on the timeline.
Yes! I’m happy to travel for shoots. Travel costs will be discussed ahead of time and based on the distance from my location (Western suburbs of Melbourne). Feel free to contact me with details, and we can plan the best approach.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. If you need to reschedule, we’ll work together to find a new time that works.
